2026 OSG and National Wushu Championships
Jul. 31 - Aug. 2, 2026 Wilfred Laurier University, Waterloo

For the past three months, our athletes have trained with discipline, determination, and an unwavering commitment to excellence as they prepared for the Ontario Summer Games and the National Wushu Championships.
From those who had only been training for a few months to those who have dedicated years to Wushu, every athlete stepped onto the competition floor with courage and gave their very best. They showed us what it means to challenge yourself, overcome obstacles, and never give up.
Winning a medal is not the only measure of success. The real victory is becoming stronger, more confident, and better than you were yesterday.
I am incredibly proud of every one of you. Keep fighting, keep growing, and keep pushing your limits.
Your hard work matters. Your effort matters. And your journey matters.
Be proud. Stay humble. Never stop moving forward.
